We are looking for an Insurance Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will service accounts, quote policies, assist with claims, and collaborate with carriers. This position offers a base salary of $20/hour, plus commission, with the opportunity to earn 50% commission in the first year and 10% for the lifetime of any client you bring in. We also offer a 401K plan. For local candidates, we offer a hybrid work schedule after a certain period, and virtual work is available for non-local candidates.

Requirements
  • Candidate must have an active Property and Casualty License to be considered.
  • Preferred candidate would have experience with AMS360 or similar agency management systems.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to communicate effectively via phone and email.
  • Ability to work both in-office and from home for local candidates (after our training period); virtual option available for non-local candidates.
  • Friendly, customer-oriented attitude and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
  • Service and manage existing client accounts.
  • Provide insurance quotes for new and existing clients.
  • Assist clients with claims processing and work with insurance carriers.
  • Maintain and update account information using AMS360.
  • Communicate with clients primarily via phone and email.
  • Ensure timely and efficient handling of client inquiries and service requests.
