• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

• Present and explain new client packet to each new client that is acquired by the producer.
• Assist with marketing efforts to attract new and existing business.
• Comply with all agency and company requirements, policies and procedures
• Handle additional duties as assigned or need to enhance clients experience
• Assist with sales efforts and FFR appointments to create cross sell opportunities with existing clients acquired
• Manage time in a way that will allow you to develop strategies for clients and prospects as well as learn all systems necessary to conduct business in a timely manner.
