• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on respect and empathy
• Problem-solving ability to address customer concerns effectively
• California P&C license (or willingness to obtain one)

• Answer customer calls and assist with inquiries in a helpful and efficient manner
• Review customer policies to ensure coverage meets their specific needs
• Assist clients with submitting payments
• Address insurance requests from mortgage companies
• Process policy changes via email or phone
• Respond to voicemails promptly and professionally
• Proactively reach out to clients to prevent policy terminations
• Cross-sell customers new policies to fit their needs or refer to Sales agent
