Step into the drivers seat as our newest Remote Licensed Insurance Sales Representative and take full ownership of your growth from day one. In this pivotal role, you'll join a high-performing, fully remote team made up of seven experienced Sales Reps, two SDRs, and three CSRs - all working together to be #1.
What You'll Do:
Your mission is simple and powerful:
Help high-intent, pre-qualified insurance shoppers across Missouri find better auto, home, and life coverage.
No cold calling. No chasing.
Our SDRs make over 800 calls a day to warm up leads and generate live transfers straight to you.
When you're not handling inbound traffic, you'll take charge by making at least 100 targeted outbound calls to engage active leads.
You'll connect with clients via phone, text, or email, then guide them through their coverage options using our proven script with the goal of closing the sale on the first call.
How You'll Be Compensated:
You'll earn a salary + commission on a pay structure built with fairness and motivation in mind - one I'd personally want to work under.

Salary Range: $62,000.00 - $124,000.00 per year

Licensing:
You must be licensed to sell Property & Casualty insurance in Missouri or be ready to obtain the necessary licenses quickly. While you'll primarily assist clients with auto and home insurance, we are especially interested in candidates with:
A Proven Track Record in Life Insurance Sales:
Were looking for future teammates with a strong, demonstrated history of success in life insurance sales, because we've seen firsthand that top life insurance producers thrive in Property & Casualty within our agency.

Strong Communication Skills:
You must be able to communicate clearly, confidently, and with empathy - Whether its connecting with clients emotionally on the very first call, supporting them through tough situations, or encouraging and uplifting your teammates.

You and your teammates start each morning with sales skill training on Zoom.us at 8:00 AM CST. These short, high-impact sessions keep us sharp, focused, and in pursuit of #1 as a team.

Support & Service
You'll handle a bit of light onboarding and client service, but our dedicated CSRs will manage the bulk - freeing you up to focus on what you do best: sales.
