Join The Avery Agency – Where Your Success Starts on Day One
Step into the driver’s seat as our newest Sales Development Representative (SDR) and take ownership of your growth from the very beginning. In this pivotal role, you’ll be partnered with one other SDR to form a dynamic duo at the heart of our client outreach.
Your mission? To connect with pre-qualified, high-intent insurance shoppers across Missouri – no cold calling, no guesswork. All leads are warm and ready to talk. You’ll reach out via phone, text, or email (all remote) and guide these potential clients through the first steps of their insurance journey. Once engaged, you’ll transfer them to one of our licensed agents who will assist them with selecting the right coverage.
You’ll earn hourly pay plus a bonus for every successful transfer – giving you a stable income with real opportunity to grow your earnings.
But this role is about more than just a paycheck. You’ll be making a real impact on the lives of Missouri residents – helping families find better coverage, save money, and feel confident about their choices.
At The Avery Agency, you are the key. Your work will lead to better-protected families and stronger communities. Join us and help people feel more secure, more supported, and more financially empowered—starting today.
