The Charlene Smith Agency is excited to announce openings for motivated individuals to join our Farmers Insurance Protege Program. Our office is looking for Hardworking, Outgoing, Fun, Entrepreneurial-minded candidates who LIVE IN ALABAMA to join our team. We want to mentor you to become a Farmers Agency Owner and our growth path will do that in 12 months or less. We have opportunities for remote, hybrid, and in-office.
Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

What we need from you:

- Successful completion of a background check is required.
- Must have your AL Property, Casualty, AL Life, and Health insurance licenses before hiring for this position.
