Licensing: Fully licensed producers are encouraged to apply; however, if you are unlicensed and selected for the sales producer role the Chad Mitchell Agency will provide you access to the necessary training and support to help you obtain your insurance license.

Previous Experience: While previous experience in sales role is preferred, it’s not required. What matters is your ability to understand client needs and offer effective advice.

Interpersonal Skills: In this role you will be expected to constantly engage with prospective customers both on the phone and in person.

Customer-Focused: Demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and addressing client needs with care.

Self-Motivation: Exhibit a strong ability to work independently and have the drive to meet or exceed sales goals set by the agency.

Customer Engagement: Forge connections with prospective customers, assess their insurance needs, and deliver accurate, personalized recommendations.

Sales Management: Cultivate leads, follow up on referrals, and close sales to meet and exceed both individual and agency targets.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering continuous support to ensure their satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging products, and competitive landscape to provide clients with the most informed and effective solutions.
