Compensation:

Compensation includes base pay options, commissions, bonuses, and performance-based incentives. Income potential grows as your client base expands. First year on-targe earnings (OTE) of $55,000 - $75,000, however this is an opportunity with uncapped income potential.

Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements

No Insurance License needed to APPLY!

Once you receive an extended offer your next steps are:

  • Get a Property & Casualty License and Life, Health, & Annuities License that we will cover the costs on.
  • Successfully graduate from the Producer program with:
  • $150,000 in new business premium written within 12 months.
  • 15 issued and paid life insurance policies within 12 months.

Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs to provide personalized insurance solutions.
  • Sales Expertise: Demonstrate a strong ability to drive sales through property, casualty, life, health, and annuity insurance products.
  • Verbal and Written Communication: Effectively communicate with clients and team members to ensure clarity and build trust.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and cultivate potential clients through various channels, including networking and digital marketing.
  • Solution Selling: Tailor insurance solutions to meet clients' unique needs by leveraging a consultative approach.
  • CRM Software: Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage client data, track interactions, and monitor sales progress.
  • Strategic Account Development: Develop a strategy to grow client accounts, maximizing opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
