Requirements
- No Insurance License Required to Apply – Candidates must be willing and able to complete the necessary state licensing requirements.
- Sales & Customer Service Experience Preferred – A background in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills – Ability to clearly explain policies and build strong relationships.
- Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented – Driven to meet and exceed sales targets with a proactive approach.
- Tech-Savvy & Organized – Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools to manage leads and client interactions.

Responsibilities
- Generate New Business – Actively prospect through networking, referrals, community engagement, and direct outreach.
- Provide Tailored Insurance Solutions – Assess client needs and recommend coverage options across Auto, Home, Property, Commercial, and Life Insurance.
- Educate & Advise Clients – Conduct consultations to explain policy features, benefits, and coverage details in both English and Spanish.
- Meet & Exceed Sales Goals – Consistently strive to surpass individual and agency performance targets.
- Build & Maintain Client Relationships – Establish trust, ensure policy retention, and provide ongoing support.
- Cross-Sell & Upsell – Identify opportunities to enhance client protection with additional products.
- Stay Informed & Compliant – Keep up with industry trends, regulations, and policy updates to maintain expertise and adherence to legal standards.
