Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Sales & Customer Service Experience – Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills – Ability to clearly explain policies and close sales in both Spanish and English.
  • Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated – Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets independently.
  • Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented – Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools to manage client interactions.
  • Professional & Ethical Approach – Commitment to providing exceptional service while adhering to industry regulations.
Responsibilities
  • Generate New Business – Actively prospect through networking, referrals, community engagement, and direct outreach.
  • Provide Expert Insurance Solutions – Assess client needs and recommend tailored coverage options across Auto, Home, Property, Commercial, and Life Insurance.
  • Educate & Guide Clients – Conduct consultations to explain policy benefits, coverage details, and features in both English and Spanish.
  • Achieve Sales Goals – Consistently meet or exceed individual and agency targets through proactive sales efforts.
  • Build & Maintain Client Relationships – Foster trust and long-term client retention through excellent service and regular policy reviews.
  • Cross-Sell & Upsell – Identify opportunities to enhance client protection with additional products.
  • Stay Informed & Compliant – Keep up with industry trends, regulations, and policy updates to maintain expertise and adherence to legal standards.
