Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Driven & Results-Oriented – You thrive in a performance-based environment and are motivated by achieving (and exceeding) goals.
  • Strong Communicator – You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and explain complex insurance concepts in a clear, compelling way.
  • Sales Mindset – Prior sales experience is a plus, but if you have a passion for helping people and a knack for persuasion, we’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
  • Customer-Focused – You’re dedicated to providing exceptional service and creating long-term client relationships built on trust.
  • Self-Motivated & Disciplined – You take initiative, manage your time effectively, and are committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Networking Pro – You enjoy meeting new people and leveraging connections to generate leads and expand your client base.
  • Ability to Obtain Insurance Licensing – Must be able to meet state licensing requirements (we’ll guide you through the process if you’re not already licensed).
  • Tech-Savvy & Organized – Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and digital tools to track leads, follow-ups, and policy information efficiently.
Responsibilities
  • Grow Your Network & Income – Proactively generate new business through networking, referrals, community engagement, and outreach strategies, including cold calling.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor – Assess clients’ unique needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions from a full suite of products, including Auto, Home, Property, Commercial, and Life Insurance.
  • Educate & Empower Clients – Conduct engaging presentations and personalized consultations to help individuals and businesses understand their coverage options and benefits.
  • Drive Results & Achieve Success – Consistently meet or exceed sales goals with a proactive, results-driven approach—your earning potential is unlimited!
  • Build Lasting Relationships – Establish trust with clients by providing exceptional service, ensuring long-term retention, and positioning yourself as their go-to insurance expert.
