The Insurance Agency Sales Producer plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and developing new client relationships, maintaining existing accounts, and promoting the agency's diverse portfolio of insurance products. This role requires a results-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to provide tailored insurance solutions to meet clients' needs.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • 1 year minimum sales experience is ideal but not required.
  • Valid insurance licenses are ideal but not required.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Great Customer Service Skills.
  • Driven and goal-oriented individual.
  • Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
  • Must be highly self-motivated.
Responsibilities
  • Actively generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and community engagement.
  • Evaluate prospects’ needs and recommend appropriate coverage options from Auto, Home, Property, Commercial, and Life Insurance products.
  • Conduct presentations and consultations to explain insurance policies, features, and benefits to prospective clients.
  • Meet or exceed individual and agency sales goals through consistent performance and proactive effort.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and ensure retention.
  • Conduct regular policy reviews and cross-sell additional products based on changing client needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, policy changes, and regulations to ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
