Catalina Bravo Farmers Insurance Agency in Montebello, CA is hiring an Sales Producer to join our new office location.

You will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote insurance products including auto, home, commercial, and life insurance.

We provide Business, Commercial Building, Workers Compensation, Home, Auto, and Life insurance to help protect our clients, and their assets.

We are looking for a dynamic Insurance Sales Agent to help drive the growth of our agency by selling general insurance products to prospective clients. This role involves expanding our portfolio, building a strong client base, and ensuring all sales activities and outcomes are accurately tracked and reported to agency management.

Salary: $20,000-$80,000 + annual base salary

• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Must be coachable
• Preferred experience but required working in an Agency or brokerage environment.
• Demonstrated trustworthiness, dependability, and strong ethical standards.
• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening, with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and bilingual (Spanish is a plus).
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
• People-oriented
• Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education

• Sell insurance coverage using both agency-provided leads and those you generate independently.  
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
