Salary Range: $39,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Active Ohio Property & Casualty License is highly preferred, but we will assist the right candidate in obtaining their license.

Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or customer service is advantageous.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer Focused: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and meet client needs.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to effectively address client inquiries and issues.

Organizational Skills: Ability to efficiently manage time and tasks with attention to detail.

Technological Proficiency: Excellent typing skills, Familiarity with utilizing CRM systems and general computer proficiency

Positive Attitude: Motivated and enthusiastic about contributing to a team-centric environment.

Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Provide exemplary customer service and engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and preferences.

Policy Management: Assist in the management and maintenance of insurance policies, ensuring client accounts are up-to-date and accurate.

Customer Support: Address client inquiries and issues promptly to ensure an exceptional client experience.

Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for enhancing client portfolios through upselling and cross-selling strategies.

Administrative Tasks: Perform routine administrative tasks such as data entry and document management to support business operations.

Ongoing Education: Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay informed about the latest trends and changes in the insurance industry.
