Castilone Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Batavia, NY, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager. Must have sales management experience with a new car dealership. I am looking for Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram experience. Must have a proven track record with excellent customer and employee skills.
Sales Managers will be accountable for daily performance metrics in sales, appointments, and call follow-up.
Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Requirements
Previous dealership and management experience is a huge plus
- Leadership skills with a real passion for training fellow employees
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Goal-oriented, friendly personality, especially when negotiating pricing
- Enthusiasm with high energy throughout the sale workday
- Clean driving record & valid driver's license
- Quality customer service, communication, computer, and basic math skills
Responsibilities
Hire, train, and develop a team of automotive salespeople
- Coach salespeople on standard methodologies for closing deals and provide mentorship to improve sales performance
- Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed those quotas
- Assist customer in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers
- Describe all optional equipment/products available for customer purchase
- Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles
- Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process per company standards
- Provide training and support to the sales staff and staff in closing deals
