The service advisor schedules appointments, checks in vehicles performing a complete walk around with each customer, delegates work to technicians and follows up with customers. 

Advisors are responsible to work with technicians and the parts department to quote and schedule vehicle repairs.  

Advisors review technician notes, time flags and parts added to repairs to make sure everything is accurate.  

The service advisor is the point of contact to customers regarding the status of vehicle, appointments and to advise when parts are in for special order repairs.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Must be able to meet requirements of position.  

• A clean valid state drivers license must be supplied upon hire. This must be maintained during employment.  
• Advisors are required to walk around each vehicle with a tablet device, check in customers while present to confirm and update any contact information on every visit.  
• All daily, weekly, monthly and annual training requirements from the manufacturer or other required vendors must be maintained and up to date at all times.  
• Must be able to work assigned schedule which may include some nights and Saturdays (as set by management).  
• Great written and verbal communication skills are required.
