Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Must possess an active and valid Michigan Property & Casualty License.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related customer service field.

Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills with a talent for understanding client needs.

Customer Focused: Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and provide personalized service.

Goal-Oriented: Strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Problem Solving: Ability to assess situations and provide strategic, sensible solutions.

Time Management: Proficiency in managing multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and associated software to track interactions and sales processes.

Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.

Insurance Policy Presentation: Explain and detail policy features, benefits, and coverage options to clients, ensuring they are well-informed.

Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and proactively reach out to prospective clients to grow the agency's client base.

Customer Service: Deliver exemplary service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and implementing client feedback efficiently.

Sales Target Achievement: Strive to meet and exceed sales quotas through effective sales strategies and relationship management.

Updates & Industry Knowledge: Consistently stay informed on insurance trends, policy changes, and competitor products to maintain a competitive edge.
