We are seeking a motivated Insurance Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping clients, building relationships, and working in a professional office environment. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, answering questions, and ensuring a positive client experience. Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus.

12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Salary Range: $17.00 per hour

• Assist customers via phone and in person
• Answer questions about insurance policies, coverage, and billing
• Process policy changes, payments, and documentation
• Maintain accurate client records and data entry
• Provide general administrative support to the office
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (auto, home, life, etc.)
