Our office is expanding and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding customer service team. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. Our Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have. You will also be up selling and cross selling to our current clients 

Insurance industry or office experience and knowledge is required as it would be a greater benefit relating to customers.

Salary Range: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

• Property & Casualty license is required.
• Minimum 6 month prior sales experience preferred.

• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Generating insurance quotes.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
• Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
