Requirements
*Active P&C Licensed in the state of Texas
Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with inbound & outbound leads
Conduct needs-based consultations (not just quoting) - you will be trained how to do this effectively
Present customized insurance solutions (Auto, Home)
Overcome objections and confidently close deals
Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management
Work daily call blocks (AM/PM) to maximize conversions
Document all activity in CRM
