We are an Insurance Agency serving the great state of Texas for 15 years.
Our growing Team is in search of a Team Member to help serve an established book of loyal clients with their insurance policies.
*Be the first point of contact for all client needs (phone, text, email)
*Deliver a fast, friendly, and knowledgeable experience
*Build relationships → not just transactions
We're in the business of serving others, we just so happen to sell insurance.
*Active P&C License in Texas is required.
*Spanish speaking strongly preferred.
Salary Range: $3,000.00 per month

Requirements
*Active P&C License in Texas is required.

Team Member must be comfortable with multi-tasking & utilizing multiple systems at once.
Responsibilities
Policy changes (endorsements)
ID cards & documents
Billing questions & support
Review accounts for:
Discover coverage gaps/sales opportunities & transfer to Sales Team
Outdated information
Ensure all accounts are accurate and up to date
Respond to all inquiries within same-day (preferably within 1–2 hours)
