Salary Range: $38,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

• Must hold or be willing to obtain a General Lines Texas License.
• At least 2 years of proven sales experience (commercial or business insurance sales preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a competitive sales environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Business Insurance Sales:

• Identify and engage business owners to understand their insurance needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Sell a range of commercial insurance products, including General Liability, Property, Workers’ Compensation, Commercial Auto, and more.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and nurture relationships with business owners to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct policy reviews with clients to ensure they have adequate coverage as their business grows.

Agency Goals:

• Meet or exceed monthly new business sales targets.
• Contribute to the overall success of the team through collaborative efforts and idea sharing.

Marketing and Lead Generation:

• Utilize agency-provided tools and resources to prospect for new business clients.
• Attend networking events and engage with the business community to generate leads and referrals.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay informed on business insurance products and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients.
• Participate in regular training sessions to maintain licensing and sharpen sales skills.
