We are seeking a licensed Insurance Agent specializing in Personal Lines to join our team. As an integral part of our sales team, you will be responsible for handling leads, providing quotes, and selling insurance policies to meet the needs of our clients. All leads will be provided, allowing you to focus on what you do best – closing deals and building relationships.

Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Licensure: Must hold a valid Texas Insurance P&C License

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in the insurance industry, specifically in Personal Lines.

Follow-Up with Leads: Engage with potential clients provided by the company, ensuring timely and professional follow-ups.

Sell Insurance Products: Drive sales of Personal Lines insurance products, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Promote Services: Effectively communicate and promote the benefits of our insurance services to prospective clients.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with state insurance regulations and company policies.
