2+ years of sales experience

Texas General Lines P&C License, Life & Health — or willingness to obtain (we provide study guidance and training materials).

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Strong communication and people skills

Comfortable with phone sales and follow-up

Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Competitive mindset with a team-player attitude

Basic computer proficiency (Excel, quoting platforms)

• Follow up on warm leads, build rapport, and guide clients through coverage options.
• Prepare and present insurance quotes in a clear, confident, client‑friendly way.
• Close new business and meet monthly sales goals.
• Identify opportunities during renewals to improve coverage or pricing (service team handles processing).
• Support retention by checking in with clients and ensuring they’re satisfied.
• Handle basic service touchpoints such as answering questions, taking payments, or directing clients to the service team.
• Document all interactions in our CRM..
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth onboarding and policy changes.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing development.
