We offer a strong base salary plus uncapped commission opportunities. Starting base salary is $36,000, with most team members earning between $55,000–$80,000+ annually based on performance.

• Licensing support and training provided
• 2+ years of prior sales experience (preferred not required)
• Ability to quickly learn insurance products and confidently identify opportunities to recommend additional solutions during client conversations
