Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Licensing: Valid Texas Property & Casualty License is required.
- Candidate must be Bilingual (Spanish)
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a similar field is advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Customer-Focused: Excellent ability to understand and meet client needs and expectations.
- Remote Work Skills: Must be proficient in managing tasks and responsibilities in a hybrid remote setting.
- Technical Skills: Competence in using CRM systems and other related software is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Directly interact with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide expert guidance.
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to maximize client portfolios.
- Policy Management: Manage incoming client inquiries efficiently and update records accurately in our systems.
- Custom Solutions: Tailor insurance policies to fit the unique needs of each client, providing personalized solutions.
- Relationship Development: Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Industry Awareness: Keep abreast of changes and trends in the insurance industry to deliver informed advice.
