Our office is expanding and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding Life team. We are currently seeking to fill a part-time position. Our Life Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to new prospects for our Life insurance line of term and permanent products.

Salary Range: $19.00 per hour

• Insurance Agency Monthly Life insurance production goals.
• Identified prospective clients through leads and referrals by the agency or personal efforts
• Schedule prospect or client meetings.
• Perform follow-up calls/texts/emails as needed.
• Consult with clients and prospective clients to assess Life insurance needs, budget, financial Life planning goals, and other relevant details.
• Provide Life rate quotes and coverage recommendations.
• Assist with the completion of Life applications and other necessary paperwork for the underwriter.
