We are seeking a motivated and others-focused Licensed Sales Producer to join our team. To achieve excellence as a producer, one must possess a combination of interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills. These include an outgoing personality, the ability to establish rapport with others, proficiency in resolving challenges, a high degree of discipline, persistence, and a genuine belief in the value of the work. Compensation for this role is a combination of base salary, commissions, and bonus.

Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

• Identify additional opportunities that we can assist in (Commercial/Life/Health/Retirement/etc)
