Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Active Minnesota Property and Casualty license — this is required, not preferred
- 2 or more years of experience in an insurance service, account management, or customer-facing role
- Strong working knowledge of personal lines products — auto, home, umbrella, renters
- Excellent verbal and written communication — you can explain complex coverage in plain language
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through — you own a task until it is done
- Comfortable with technology — you learn new systems quickly and use them consistently
- Able to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball — this role moves fast
- Dependable, professional, and client-first in every interaction
- Minnesota Life and Health license — preferred but not required
- Experience with EZ Lynx, Applied Epic, or similar AMS — preferred
- Commercial lines experience — preferred and a strong plus
- Independent agency background — preferred over captive agency experience
Responsibilities
This is a service-forward role with a growth mindset woven in. You are the voice our clients hear most often — and that matters.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing personal and commercial lines clients — calls, emails, and service requests handled with professionalism and urgency
- Manage policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals accurately and efficiently
- Make proactive outbound calls to review coverage at renewal, identify gaps, and strengthen client relationships
- Identify cross-sell and account rounding opportunities within the existing book and act on them — not just note them
- Work new business quotes alongside our sales producers — pull data, build comparisons, and support the closing process
- Handle billing questions, coverage concerns, and claims guidance with confidence and empathy
- Maintain accurate and up to date client records in EZ Lynx — our agency management system
- Communicate with carrier representatives to resolve complex policy issues on behalf of clients
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and agency initiatives that support client retention and growth
- Support the sales team during high volume periods with quoting, follow up, and pipeline management.
