Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in customer service is a plus.

Experience: Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a hybrid remote environment, balancing in-office and remote tasks effectively.

Team Oriented: Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.

Customer Focused: Strong focus on providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive support and development of strong client relationships.

Respond promptly and effectively to a wide variety of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to resolve client issues promptly.

Continuously seek opportunities to improve client experiences and suggest enhancements.

Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records for reference and analysis.

Stay knowledgeable about our product suite and services to provide accurate information to clients.

Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and suggest solutions.
