Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Active Minnesota Property & Casualty License.

Experience: Prior experience in customer service, especially in the insurance industry.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Customer Service: Demonstrated dedication to providing excellent customer experiences.

Problem-Solving: Ability to efficiently address and resolve customer issues.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote duties.

Team Collaboration: Skills in working collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and insurance-related software systems.

Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Engage warmly with policyholders to understand and address their insurance queries and concerns.

Problem Solving: Provide effective solutions and guidance to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Policy Assistance: Aid clients in understanding their policies, explaining coverages, and making necessary adjustments.

Issue Resolution: Promptly resolve policyholder issues by liaising with underwriters and claims departments.

Relationship Building: Cultivate lasting relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.

Feedback Management: Collect feedback from clients to improve service processes and client satisfaction.
