We are seeking an experienced Accounting Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, specifically with AMS360 Accounting experience with an Independent Insurance Agency. As an Accounting Representative, you will be responsible for managing various accounting tasks and ensuring accurate financial records.

Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the insurance industry
• AMS360 Accounting experience is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• CPA certification is a plus

Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes

Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts

Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

Assist with audits and tax filings

Provide support to management team as necessary
