Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year

• Minimum 1 year prior commercial lines experience REQUIRED
• Currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Exceptional Business Writing and Editing Skills.
• Life & Health Insurance license a PLUS
• Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations

• Account management
• Negotiating with insurers and preparing proposals for agents to deliver to prospective clients
• Responsibilities including rating, underwriting new business and handling renewals
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Ongoing service as needed
