The entry level customer service position will involve answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service to agency customers, and other additional clerical duties as directed by the agency owner or associates. While entry level, this position will allow you to learn the basics of insurance and provide you with experience to transition your supporting role into a career. This position is 30 hours per week, flexible hours.

Salary Range: $22.00 per hour

• Process customer policy change requests.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
