Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: License preferred, willing to train. Will pay licensing at 100%.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Customer-Centric: Dedicated to understanding and meeting customer needs.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and support a positive team environment.

Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Understand clients' insurance requirements and provide tailored recommendations.

Sales Calls: Manage outbound calls effectively, addressing inquiries and proposing solutions.

Policy Recommendations: Create customized insurance packages to suit each client's unique needs.

Client Retention: Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
