We’re hiring a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our fully remote team. In this role, you’ll generate quotes, close new business, and build lasting relationships with clients across multiple states. We’re looking for someone who knows how to hit the ground running, deliver value, and bring energy to a goal-oriented environment.

• Base salary of $24,000/year

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license in Mississippi (additional states a plus)
• Prior insurance or sales experience
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self-motivated with the discipline to thrive in a remote work environment

• Meet monthly quote volume and item production goals
• Generate and close personal lines insurance quotes (auto, home, etc.)
• Provide excellent service to new and existing clients
• Attend weekly virtual team meetings for performance reviews and planning
• Maintain follow-up processes to build trust and long-term client relationships
