Total Compensation: $42,000 - $125,000 per year (Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonus Opportunities)

• Valid Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Allstate or a similar captive agency (Required)
• Remote work experience with a quiet, private, and dedicated home office setup (Required)
• Proven track record of success in outbound sales, producing at least 50+ policies per month (must provide reports or references for verification)
• Competitive sales mindset with a strong desire to earn commissions and bonuses
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude
• Self-motivated, reliable, and coachable with the ability to multitask, follow through, and handle customer objections effectively

• Prospect and solicit new business through phone calls, networking, and other lead sources
• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to potential clients with confidence and enthusiasm
• Develop referral partnerships with business professionals to drive sales
• Assess client needs and provide professional recommendations to ensure proper coverage
• Educate potential clients on the importance of comprehensive insurance protection
• Close sales effectively and consistently meet or exceed performance goals
