The Kevin Calder Allstate Insurance Agency has a career opportunity for an entry level Insurance Sales Producer who is ready to build strong relationships with our clients and help them protect everything that’s important to them -- homes, autos, lives, and retirement income with the proper coverage from one of the best carriers!

We have opportunities available in any of our 3 locations: Oswego, Yorkville, or Arlington Heights!

If you meet our Required Qualifications: (we will ONLY be considering candidates who meet these requirements)

1.     Posses and can provide proof of solid work ethic/job history

2.     Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with prior outbound phone experience

3.     1+ year experience in an outbound sales or relatable occupation

Then we are able to offer you:

1.     Ongoing, on-the-job training and development for career growth – No prior insurance experience necessary – we will train you to become a top producer!

2.     Top Compensation – NO CAP Commissions! We pay a base salary + per policy premium % commission & offer opportunity to bonus – you are in charge of your income!

3.     Work/Life Balance – We offer desirable M-F 9 am – 5 pm work schedule – no nights or weekends required!

*Prior insurance industry experience and P&C Licensed preferred, but we are willing to train and assist with licensing for those who are coachable and have a desire to learn



 Total Comp Package = $50,000 - $80,000 (Includes base pay + commissions + bonus opportunities) 

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a commissioned sales position a definite plus.
  • Must already have an IL State Property & Casualty insurance license or be willing to study for and pass the state exam
  • A sense of urgency to achieve your career & earnings goals.
  • Meet new business production goals as established.
  • A willingness to learn and be coached every day.
  • A desire to truly help people protect what's important to them.
Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales goals through following up on leads and referrals.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Make outbound calls daily following up on provided leads and seeking new business.
  • Help protect customers by offering insurance products that will meet their needs.
  • Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews and update coverage.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience.
