Job Overview

Previous P&C Insurance Experience Required, prior Allstate Experience highly preferred.

Our customer service team is specialized, meaning they focus on their core competencies allowing them to truly excel. Our Service Team focuses on helping our customers by answering high volume inbound calls, reviewing existing coverages, and providing recommendations to ensure that they have proper coverages for whatever tomorrow may hold.

We are looking for Remote Licensed, Experienced Property & Casualty Insurance Customer Service Agents who have a great attitude, outgoing personality, who "never meets a stranger", can multi-task by using multiple computer programs at once, and holds a true passion for helping others.

Ideal candidates will have a valid P&C Insurance license, and prior Allstate experience.

The Calder Agency has been in business for nearly 20 years, is one of the largest and top producing agencies in the Allstate system and is dedicated to investing in and developing our staff. With on-going training and coaching every step of the way, you will easily be able to take your insurance career to the next level!

Total compensation package incudes base + commission + bonus opportunities!

Requirements
  • Must have a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License *REQUIRED*
  • Must have a minimum 1 year Property & Casualty agency experience *REQUIRED* Prior Allstate Experience highly preferred
  • Must be able to handle high call volume while meeting expectations of agency.
  • Have a proven track record of dependability & reliability – showing up to work as scheduled, on time.
  • Ability to work well within and positively contribute to the team.
  • Must be Coachable.
  • Ability to follow proven processes and systems of our agency.
  • Excellent and proven communication skills.
  • Ability to look for opportunities to deepen customer relationships.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Have excellent organization skills.
  • High attention to detail
  • Previous Allstate Insurance Experience highly preferred
Responsibilities
  • Politely and professionally greet all clients, either in person or on the phone.
  • Assist current clients with service-related tasks, including, but not limited to processing payments, making changes to existing policies, troubleshooting billing questions, educating, and making informed recommendations on current policies.
  • Deepen existing relationships through policy reviews and cross-selling.
  • Ability to build rapport, trust and confidence with customers by answering inbound calls.
