Position Summary:

We are seeking a tenured and experienced Automotive Sales Trainer to lead, design, and deliver advanced training programs across our sales teams. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our dealership culture, enhancing customer satisfaction, and increasing overall sales performance.

Requirements

-Minimum of 5 years of automotive sales training experience (retail dealership experience)

-Proven track record of boosting team performance and revenue through training initiatives

-Strong understanding of CRM systems, digital retailing, and sales processes

-Exceptional presentation, communication, and leadership skills

-High energy, integrity, and a passion for professional development

-Ability to lead training sessions across multiple locations in the Kansas City area

Responsibilities

-Develop and deliver in-person training for new hires and seasoned sales professionals

-Coach and mentor sales staff to improve closing ratios, customer interactions, and follow-up practices

-Evaluate performance metrics and create strategies for continuous improvement

-Collaborate with Sales Managers and Directors to identify training gaps and growth opportunities

-Ensure compliance with all dealership standards and manufacturer guidelines

-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and digital retail strategies
