Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Requirements

Bilingual Proficiency: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.

Experience: Previous experience in a service advisor or sales associate role in the automotive industry is preferred.

Customer Service Skills: Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding service and address customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication abilities, especially in client interactions and relationship building.

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance, repair processes, and automotive terminology.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team to ensure customer satisfaction and dealership success.

Availability: Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as per business needs.

Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for bilingual clients, addressing service needs and inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.

Service Management: Coordinate service appointments, ensuring smooth scheduling and prompt attention to customer vehicles.

Problem Solving: Identify vehicle issues through discussion with the customer and recommend appropriate solutions in a comprehensible manner.

Documentation: Accurately record customer information and vehicle details into the system for service history tracking.

Communication: Clearly communicate service recommendations and repair options to clients and manage expectations regarding time and costs.

Collaboration: Work closely with technicians and other team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Follow-Up: Conduct post-service follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and address any remaining concerns.
