Experience: Prior experience as a Lube Technician or similar role in an automotive environment is preferred.

Technical Skills: Basic understanding of automotive systems and ability to conduct oil changes and filter replacements.

Oil Changes: Perform oil and filter changes with precision, ensuring vehicle efficiency.

Fluid Inspections: Check and top off all vehicle fluids, including brake, transmission, power steering, and radiator coolant.

Tire Rotation: Rotate tires to promote even wear and prolong tire life.

Maintenance Alerts: Assist in identifying maintenance issues and recommend additional services as needed.

Safety Checks: Conduct thorough safety inspections to ensure all systems function correctly.

Customer Interaction: Engage with clients, explaining services performed and any needs for additional maintenance.

Workshop Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety standards and protocols.
