Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

2+ years of experience in autobody estimating or a related field.

Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes and insurance claim procedures.

Proficient in using estimating software, preferably CCC ONE or similar.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Ability to work on-site at our Topeka, KS location without remote options.

Estimate Preparation: Accurately prepare and document repair damage estimates for customers and insurance providers.

Customer Assistance: Greet customers warmly and provide clear explanations of estimates and repair processes.

Insurance Coordination: Work closely with insurance companies to ensure claims are processed efficiently and estimates align with their requirements.

Quality Assurance: Ensure estimates adhere to the industry standards and compliance regulations.

Documentation: Maintain proper records for all estimates, work orders, and negotiations.

Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal team members to provide optimal service.

Negotiation: Act as a liaison to negotiate and settle with insurance adjusters for fair compensation related to repairs.
