Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a service advisory or sales role within the automotive industry is highly preferred.

Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.

Computer Skills: Proficient in using various software programs, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications or training in automotive services will be an advantage.

Customer Interaction: Greet and welcome customers entering the service area, ensuring a positive first impression.

Service Consultation: Listen to customer concerns, ascertain vehicle service needs, and provide clear explanations of suggested services.

Estimate Preparation: Accurately estimate costs and time required for service, keeping customers informed of progress and any changes.

Follow-Up: Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process, providing updates and answering queries.

Collaboration: Work closely with technicians and other service team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Service Reports: Maintain comprehensive records of services rendered, customer interactions, and repair activities.
