Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role.

Certification: ASE Certification is highly preferred, with the ability to obtain additional certifications as needed.

Technical Skills: Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools and various automotive repair equipment.

Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting capabilities to diagnose and repair vehicle issues effectively.

Attention to Detail: Ability to perform detailed inspections and maintain quality standards in automotive repairs.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills to explain repairs and maintenance needs to clients.

Physical Ability: Capable of lifting heavy parts and equipment and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.

Diagnostics: Use advanced diagnostic equipment to identify issues and determine the necessary repairs.

Repairs: Conduct a wide range of repairs including engine, transmission, and electrical systems.

Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and recommend repair solutions.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety regulations.

Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of tools and parts, ensuring they're organized and up-to-date.
