Requirements

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is preferred.

Licensing: Must be willing to obtain necessary state insurance licenses within the required time frame.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills and a desire to assist clients effectively.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.

Organizational Skills: Must be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Tech Proficiency: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn CRM software.

Responsibilities

Administrative Duties: Handle various administrative tasks including documentation and data entry to ensure smooth operations.

Policy Processing: Assist in the preparation and processing of insurance policies and endorsements.

Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients and collaborate with team members to address client needs and concerns.

Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-up on client requests and assist in resolving any issues that arise.

Learning & Growth: Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on insurance products and industry trends.
