We are looking for a motivated and driven Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will offer home, auto, and commercial insurance to the communities we serve while building strong client relationships. Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty License
  • 2+ years minimum with insurance sales experience
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet goals.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and high-quality service.
  • Problem-solving mindset to analyze situations and develop solutions.
  • Team player who contributes to a collaborative and fun work environment.
  • Passion for customer service to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Offer home, auto, and commercial insurance to new and existing clients.
  • Develop new business through strategic marketing, cold calls, and visits to key businesses and individuals.
  • Creatively prospect and convert leads into loyal clients.
  • Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend suitable policies.
  • Provide top-tier customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Leverage social media, personal networks, and strategic marketing initiatives to expand your client base in targeted growth areas.
