As a Commercial Insurance Producer, you will become an integral member of our sales team, driving growth for our Commerical insurance sector.
You will be responsible for penetrating key core Markets that COUNTRY Financial views as core clients and establish relationships within those communities to help grow the commercial side of the business.
Country Financial is very competitive in specific commercial markets that you would be responsible for growing. These areas are but not limited to local trucking, local small businesses, Landscaping, and General contracting.
Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Licensing: Must have Property & Casualty license and 2+ years of experience in the industry.
Experience: Proven experience in insurance sales, ideally within the commercial sector, is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Sales Acumen: Strong aptitude for sales, including the ability to close deals and meet sales targets.

Client Acquisition: Building relationships with businesses to understand their insurance needs and securing new clients.
Policy Sales: Recommending and selling suitable insurance policies, such as property, liability, or workers' compensation coverage, to meet business needs.
Account Management: Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their policies remain up to date, and addressing any issues or changes in coverage needs.
Market Research: Staying informed about changes in the insurance market, industry trends, and competitors to offer the best solutions.
Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identifying and promoting additional products or services that would benefit the client.
Position will provide a base pay + Commissions + % on renewal business.
