We’re hiring an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic and dedicated team. This is a client-facing role focused on providing top-tier service for personal lines insurance products. You'll work closely with clients through multiple communication channels and ensure policy changes are handled accurately and efficiently.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in customer service or insurance preferred

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients by phone, email, and text to handle service requests
