Job Overview
- Licensed Insurance Sales Representative
- This is a role for a solutions-focused listener who leads with empathy
- You’ll be supported by a steady stream of incoming referrals and leads, while also having the autonomy to leverage your existing and self-generated centers of influence within our community
- Base Salary: $3,000 per month ($36,000 annual) + uncapped commissions
Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Experienced & Licensed: You hold (or willing to obtain) Colorado Property/Casualty & Life/Health License. Licensing assistance available.
- Prior successful sales experience
- Time management: Ability to handle multiple incoming and outgoing communications to generate sales opportunities
- Can thrive and excel in a fast-paced sales and service environment while actively working through and managing a database of sales opportunities.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- High interest in sales and relationship building
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with social media platforms, CRM systems, and AI is desired but not required.
- You are open to learning and are highly coachable
Responsibilities
- Sell insurance products through phone & in-person conversations
- Generate proposals, present solutions, and close new business
- Build strong client relationships and referral networks
- Work in a goal-driven, competitive sales environment
